Course Description
This course is a study of the communication process as it relates to a variety of communication situations: one-on-one dialogues, small group discussions, and large group presentations. The course covers basics in communication, including listening skills, verbal and nonverbal language analysis, communication styles, gender and cultural comparisons, and bridging strategies.
