This course provides a complete overview of the service handgun, covering its mechanical components (nomenclature), safety features, and the proper servicing methods. Students will learn safe handling techniques, various shooting positions, principles of good marksmanship, different types of discharge, and essential firearms safety. The course culminates in daytime and nighttime qualifications on official jurisdictional courses.
