Program Description
The Associate of General Studies in Allied Health provides a foundation for careers and further study in healthcare fields such as nursing, medical assisting, emergency medical services, and related non-clinical, public health, and administrative roles.
Note: Students who choose a nursing concentration must complete courses during or prior to the semester listed in the program outline. BIO 201 (requires a prerequisite course), 202, and 205 must have been completed within the last seven (7) years of admission to the Cochise College nursing program wth a grade of B or better. NUR 203 must have been completed within the last five (5) years of admission to the Cochise College nursing program with a grade of B or better.
